First of the wolf deck

First WIP of the wolf card, possibly the hardest one to draw and the most important.I really want to change the head, something feels off about it.

Yet another one.

Still on the subject of doing book covers. The first was more epic and collage, this one is more subtle and direct. Something completely opposite to what I was doing in terms of approach.

This one was a challenge. One thing I learned is that space has its own rules to light and color, especially when the character is nowhere near a planet.

I'm back... ish!

Getting back into the groove of things. I had a lot of unwinding to do after school ended. 7 years of being a college student enough to make me stop drawing for almost 2 months. I really needed a break.

I just want a fight scene. Now that I took a break from reality with the hot dog, I can push back into something more serious.



WIP 2. I want to work on the colors a bit, for some reason texture seems way to fun to pass up early on.



massive changes in color and characters. So far so good. Gonna have to edit the head again :/.

Need to tweak some anatomy, other than that just some touching and sharpening.

Still putting projects on pause

I don't think I've ever been so mentally exhausted while going to school. Between 4 studios, a history class that acts like a studio class, tons of other responsibilities in private and career life... I am ready to have a meltdown.

So, instead of going crazy, I'm just gonna draw some crazy stuff.





My benchmark for this weekend is more than met, time to get back to work on the next piece. (next post)

Spring Break Update

Welp, I have 2 works in progress and a possible scrap. I don't know what's up with me, but I have been making nothing but shit work lately. So what I have here is a work in progress that I'm saving for a later date. a work in progress due mon, and something that is possibly a scrap.

This is WIP for my second piece for Adv digital painting, still a lot I need to work on. Actually had to reference pictures of people with elephantiasis. Kind of fun to work with.





This one fell apart entirely. Eric actually told me to take a break from straight up environments because I've been burning myself out.



This was made for shits and giggles over break. King Bradley from FMAB. One of my most favorite antagonists. He is the most mortal out of all of the major antagonists yet he is the most dangerous.



Overall, I actually took a break from drawing for once. Back to caffeine and eye strain.

Heya I'm back

I had my reasons for nuking my blog. But according to some fellow classmates, it's smarter to have around.
